So everyone knows I'm a Midtown Atlanta girl! I went to college close to the area and my highschool was literally on Ponce De Leon so I am very familiar with this area. However, to my surprise I had NEVER been to Entice-A Restaurant & Lounge. Luckily for me a few of my friends over at T-12 Entertainment invited me to one of their "Cinema & Cocktails" events at Entice-A Lounge. Being the Google freak that I am, I found the restaurant's website quickly and was delighted to see that Ponce's newest addition was a Caribbean Style Tapas Lounge. I knew I had to try it out as soon as I saw the photos on their super chic website. Now if you love Midtown like I do, you know exactly where Papi's Cuban Restaurant and Mary Mac's Tearoom is, Entice-A is directly across the street from Mary Mac's and offers valet parking which is super convenient because parking on Ponce can be challenging sometimes. Now all of my friends know i'm a sucker for the holidays and especially Christmas season, so I was once again hit by the holiday holy ghost when I saw the beautiful christmas decorations outside of Entice-A's entrance (Christmas just does something to my soul). Anyway, when I walked into the restaurant I instantly fell in love with the plush decor and sexy vibrant bar area. Gentleman, find a woman you really like and take her out to Entice-A she will thoroughly be impressed, trust me! My guest and I sat at one of the charming tables in the restaurants dining room. The warm sexy ambiance was heightened with the candle lit table settings and soulful music. Our waitress was great and quickly offered us a cocktail menu (y'all know i had to indulge and order myself a fruity drink). I started my night off with Strawberry Breeze cocktail $8, while my guest made me feel like a lush and ordered water. As soon as my drink arrived I was ready to order a few tapas off the menu for the table to share. The Hot Spinach and Asiago Cheese Dip with Herb Pita $6 caught my eye as well as the Crab Cakes with Chili Salsa $10 and Jerk Chicken Sliders $8. All of the food was delicious and i finished my meal off with the Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding with Rum Sauce (absolutely to die for!). Now remember "Tapas" style restaurants serve small plates meant for sharing. So don't expect to order an item and have a hefty portion. As you can see from the pictures below the menu items are small but great for a sharing atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fun and creative date idea. Located right in the heart of the city Entice-A Restaurant & Lounge offers a sexy and sophisticated environment that is sure to impress your guest.
Late Night - Thursday, Friday, Saturday Entice-A is open until 3am.
